Helicopter Training - FI(R), Flight Instructor (Restricted)

Having obtained a CPL(H) many pilots become flight instructors in order to build up sufficient experience to enable them to apply for work as a commercial pilot, in addition this offers the individual the opportunity to work alongside other professionals and to gain enjoyment from helping others to obtain their own pilots licence. The Flight Instructor's restriction is lifted once a period of student instruction and supervision is attained.

Locations
The combination of operating bases in Thruxton, Hampshire and Shoreham, West Sussex (The UK’s busiest general aviation airport) provide excellent training facilities.

Fleet
We pride ourselves on one of the most extensive fleet of aircraft, all of which are available for ab-initio training, PPL(H), CPL(H), FI(R), IR(H) type rating training, and self fly hire.
